8(a) STARS II Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)

The federal government can now tap into a wide range of technology solutions offered by Pyramid Alliance, LLC, a joint venture with Qnexis, Inc. as the majority owner and managing director. Federal government clients can utilize the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle to purchase information technology services and solutions from Pyramid Alliance. The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

What is SeaPort-e? 
SeaPort-e is a tool by which all Navy Virtual SYSCOM activities may obtain cost-effective services
through competitive and efficient means. SeaPort-e is available for use in conducting competitive
unrestricted procurements.  

Why use SeaPort-e? 
Simply stated, the SeaPort-e IDIQ contract provides government managers with a highly streamlined and
more cost-effective method of contracting for professional support services. 

Who can Qnexis assist through SeaPort-e?
Navy Commands located in the National Capital Zone (Zone 2) and Mid Atlantic Zone (Zone 3), along with
their Warfare Centers, field activities and affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs), can benefit from
Qnexis services.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

​

Qnexis is committed to providing superior support services to the Navy. As such, Qnexis follows a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) process that optimizes results by setting goals and metrics and identifying potential issues upfront. The steps include:

Encore III

Qnexis is a subcontractor to CACI. CACI is the Encore III prime contract holder under contract number HC1028-08-D-2016. The contract period is effective from June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2018 (5 year base with (5) additional 1 year options). The Encore III contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other federal agencies having similar Information Technology migration and integration needs To find out more about Team CACI and how to procure utilizing Encore III, go to http://www.caci.com/Contracts/encore3/index.shtml.
